EPM Infra Ltd was incorporated in early 2013 by Dave Hogg to facilitate a return to the Freelance Consultancy Marketplace after several years as an employee of ReportSource, Deloitte, and Edgewater Ranzal.

The idea being to offer high quality technical assistance and support of the Oracle EPM / Hyperion suite (and the IT environment within which it works) to a wide range of clients across multiple sectors at a more competitive price point than obtaining such service via a typical large generic consultancy or system integrator.

Dave is an experienced consultant who since 2005 has been assisting many clients with their Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) Hyperion tools such as:-

  • Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) - Enterprise Consolidation

  • Hyperion Planning (HP) - Planning & Forecasting

  • Essbase (ASO/BSO) - OLAP Multi Dimensional Analytics

  • Financial Data quality Manager (FDM) - end-user managed Financial data mapping & loading

  • Data Relationship Manager (DRM) - Enterprise 'Single version of the truth' Master Data

  • Hyperion Profitability & Cost Management (HPCM) - Rule based Cost/Profit allocation

  • Foundation components (HSS, FR, WA, Workspace) - The backbone of the Hyperion system

  • ERPi - Now called FDMEE (FDM Enterprise Edition) in the latest release to get data directly from ERP systems into the likes of HFM/Planning.

Before all that Hyperion stuff Dave was a time served IT techie, having worked with PCs, Unix systems, Networks and Database since the 80's at BT,
